Lisa Pasquariello-Bent, Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Certified K-Taping Therapist (CKTT) and Mental Health and Addictions Advisor (MHAA)

Since 2004, Lisa Pasquariello-Bent RMT, CKTT, MHAA, has been dedicated to her private practice, providing rehabilitative and restorative treatments. Her expertise includes assessments and special orthopedic testing to help identify the root cause of concerns, therapeutic and deep tissue massage, sports massage, pregnancy massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Lisa Pasquariello-Bent addresses a broad spectrum of acute injuries and chronic conditions and is pleased to offer massage therapy to a diverse patient population.

Inspired by her martial arts training, Lisa Pasquariello-Bent embarked on her massage therapy journey and over the years, has been committed to refining her skills through ongoing education. Lisa incorporates evidence-based modalities such as cupping therapy and kinesio-taping, and implements Swedish massage, Trigger-point Therapy and Active Release Therapy (ART) techniques into her massage therapy treatments.

Lisa’s passion for education connects with her experience as an instructor at Centennial College’s Massage Therapy program, where she worked with a dedicated team of faculty guiding students toward becoming RMTs. Since 2008, Lisa has held various roles with Ontario’s Health Regulator, the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), and continues to educate RMTs as a College-designated Consultant and Assessment Advisor. Lisa Pasquariello-Bent also holds a diploma in Mental Health and Addictions and has developed her signature massage therapy treatment, Mindfulness Massage and Meditation, helping reconnect the body and mind.

Lisa Pasquariello-Bent maintains up-to-date CPR and First Aid training and nurtures a culture of customized patient-centered care with each individual, on each visit.
