Mindfulness Massage Therapy
Lisa Pasquariello-Bent, Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Certified K-Taping Therapist (CKTT) and Mental Health and Addictions Advisor (MHAA)
Lisa Pasquariello-Bent is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 21 years of experience (2004), a Certified Kinesio Taping Therapist, and holds a Diploma in Mental Health and Addictions, which allows her to integrate trauma-informed care into every treatment.
Lisa also incorporates evidence-based cupping therapy and implements techniques such as Swedish massage, trigger-point therapy, active release therapy and myofascial release into her massage therapy treatments. Providing quality patient-centred care, on each visit, is always Lisa’s goal.
Lisa continues to refine her skills through ongoing professional development, cultivating a clinic culture rooted in inclusivity, safety, consent, and respect. Every patient is welcomed into a space where they feel heard, supported, and empowered—whether they are managing chronic pain, acute injuries, anxiety, trauma, or simply seeking rest.
Lisa is also the creator of Mindfulness Massage & Meditation—a massage therapy treatment that blends an audio-guided meditation with breathing techniques and body awareness to enhance mental and physical wellbeing. Lisa is also fully trained in Indie Head Massage, a deeply restorative treatment for the scalp, face, neck, and shoulders that incorporates organic warmed coconut oil, steamed towels and therapeutic aromatherapy.
Beyond clinical practice, Lisa has contributed to the profession as a former Instructor at Centennial College’s Massage Therapy Program and through her work with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO – Ontario’s Regulatory body), as an Assessment Advisor, OSCE Examiner, and College-designated Consultant for Professional Conduct.

I truly believe what makes a good therapist is intention, followed by intuition; guided by the heart.
