Mindfulness Massage Therapy
Lisa Pasquariello-Bent, Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Certified K-Taping Therapist (CKTT) and Mental Health and Addictions Advisor (MHAA)
Lisa Pasquariello-Bent is a Registered Massage Therapist with 22 years of experience (2004) and a Certified Kinesio Taping Therapist. Lisa also holds a Diploma in Mental Health and Addictions, which helps her bring a trauma-informed approach to every treatment provided.
During treatments, Lisa blends evidence-based cupping therapy with techniques like Swedish massage, trigger-point therapy, active release, and myofascial release. Lisa’s focus is always on quality, patient-centred care, making sure each appointment supports her patients’ goals.
Ongoing learning is important to Lisa as she continually builds on her skills to better support those being treated. Lisa strives to create a space that feels inclusive, safe, respectful, and grounded in consent—a place where people feel heard and supported, whether dealing with chronic pain, recovering from injury, navigating anxiety or trauma, or simply needing deep rest.
Lisa has also developed Mindfulness Massage & Meditation™, a proprietary therapeutic relaxation framework designed to support more restorative treatment experiences by helping the body gently shift out of ongoing stress and into a calmer, recovery-oriented state during care.
Outside of clinical practice, Lisa has contributed to the profession as an Instructor in Centennial College’s Massage Therapy Program and through various roles with Ontario’s regulatory body, the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), including Assessment Advisor, OSCE Examiner, Consultant for Professional Conduct and a Subject Matter Expert.
Lisa continues to maintain an active clinical practice and enjoys welcoming both clients and professional colleagues into a calm, supportive treatment environment.

I truly believe what makes a good therapist is intention, followed by intuition; guided by the heart.
